1. Introduction

Munchly is a UK-based platform that connects users with local food vendors. Our Service enables users to search for food vendors near them and allows vendors to upload business listings, including images, dates, and other details. These Terms govern your access and use of the Service.

2. User Accounts and Registration

Some features of the Service require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Munchly reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, misrepresenting your identity, violating any intellectual property rights, or engaging in fraudulent activities.

4. Vendor Listings

Vendors may submit business listings with accompanying images, dates, and other details. By submitting a listing, you confirm that:

• You have the necessary rights and permissions to share the content.
• The information provided is accurate and not misleading.

Munchly reserves the right to remove or amend any listing that it deems to be inaccurate, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the content and materials on the Service are owned by Munchly or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial use. No part of the content may be reproduced, modified, or republished without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Munchly makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Munchly, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from your use or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Munchly and its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
